This is the homepage of the server maintaining the geospatial data services, which is intended to inform service users about the available data and provide the necessary technical information that will allow full use of this resource for study and research work.

To use these services you must:

1. Familiarise yourself with the terms of use of the service by making any request to our WMS server.

2. Select the type of service you want to use and the corresponding instruction. If you are interested in quickly reviewing the most crucial map mosaics using a browser (without any installation or configuration), then you will probably find the Map Browser and its short tutorial useful. If you want to add our WMS service to your GIS software, then you will find the Data Services manual useful, which documents the use of the service in some of the most popular programmes, as well as in general way.

Note that the WEB map browser and the WMS service can only be accessed on the UL computer network, just like the library databases, etc. From home or any other place equipped with an Internet connection, you can access the internal network of the UL using a VPN (a virtual private network).
