We invite proposals for workshops. Workshops are intended to provide a forum for the deep discussion of a specific topic from the field of landscape research. It is possible to organize one or several workshops dealing with the conference theme. The workshop as a whole can be tailored for PhD students to give them a thorough feedback on their presentations. Researchers, research groups and students may suggest topics for these workshops. The workshop organiser will be responsible for advertising the workshop, reviewing and selecting the papers.

Send your Workshop proposal via the abstract submission form to the Conference Office by 31 October, 2009. You should receive a confirmation message from the Conference Office by e-mail within two working days of your submission. If you do not, please contact conference secretary at pecsrl2010@lu.lv

Workshop proposals must include the following:

• Title
• Chair-person and 3-5 presenters (name, affiliation, contact info)
• Description of the Workshop topic/scope/objectives (200-300 words)
• Paper proposals (Abstracts)
